Coal Mines Technical Services (CMTS) have entered into a strategic agreement with CSE Corporation, creating a unique opportunity for industry to easily access world-renowned safety products such as Self-Contained Self-Rescuers, all supported by industry-leading technical support and expertise provided at the work site.
For 40 years, CMTS has been providing gas detection and analysis products and services to the Australian coal mining industry. With offices across NSW and Qld, they help employers to identify, assess, monitor, and control risks inherent in the industry to ensure the safety and health of its workers.
For over 50 years, CSE Corporation have been designing, developing, and manufacturing world-class safety products for underground mining and a wide variety of other industrial applications, with products such as Escape Breathing Apparatus (SCSRs) and gas detection devices for measuring and monitoring a wide variety of atmospheric contaminants.
The partnership brings together almost a century of experience and a joint commitment to improving workplace safety and providing unmatched customer support.
The agreement establishes CMTS as the exclusive distributor for all industries within eastern Australia. CSE Corporation’s President of Operations Tom Johnston said CMTS was a natural fit to help expand their distribution network within Australia because of their reputation of excellence.
