Torc Tight is a full-service provider specialising in on-site tool calibration maintenance, tool sales and repairs. With both on-site servicing via our fleet of mobile trucks and workshop facilities we minimise downtime for our clients while delivering cost-effective solutions. Our focus is on quality, reliability and exceptional customer service.
How long have you been doing business?
We’ve been operating since 2017, and we’re proud to be coming into our eighth year of business.
Describe a typical day at ‘The office’.
With two workshops and a mobile fleet that goes across Australia, that really depends on who you ask. Everyone’s day looks a little different, some calibration technicians are out on-site with customers, others are hands-on with repairs, and the office crew keeps things moving through logistics, admin and coordination. Different roles, same goal: providing expert calibration and servicing that businesses can rely on.
What are the biggest challenges facing your business?
One considerable challenge is helping industries fully appreciate the value of regular on-site calibration. We dedicate time to educating clients about compliance requirements and demonstrating how proactive maintenance can reduce costs and enhance safety.

We’re incredibly proud of how we’ve grown from a small Queensland-based startup into a trusted nationwide provider. Throughout that journey we’ve maintained a strong focus on innovation, unwavering quality and putting our customers first all while staying true to the family values that underpin everything we do. It’s that blend of progress and tradition that continues to drive us forward and shapes our unique approach to service.

We’d like to give a big shoutout to our technicians, they’re the ones who make everything else we do possible. Without them our trucks wouldn’t move and the office wouldn’t have much to coordinate. They’re the boots on the ground and the reason we deliver real results.
