Pumps & Pipeline Services are a complete water infrastructure management service, supporting all industry sectors, and individuals across NSW. We supply innovative water solutions in the industry and are mindful of the importance of sustainability, environmental monitoring and achieving greater efficiencies for mining companies, councils, farmers, and households.

How long have you been doing business?

We’ve been in business for 13 years.

How many people work for the business?

We currently have 30 employees.

Describe a typical day at ‘The office’.

It is a fast paced environment, but we have a team that always performs at the highest level and are dedicated to providing the best customer experience and highest quality outcomes.

What’s the best thing about the business?

Our clients!!! Our clients give us the opportunity to innovate and think outside the box, allowing us to deliver results that exceed their requirements.

What are the biggest challenges facing your business?

The upward pressure from supplier and manufacture expenses against the commitment for PPS to maintain the best value for end users.

What is the biggest opportunity for your business right now?

We have recently opened a second branch in Tamworth and increased human resources at our head office in Muswellbrook, enabling us to better support our staff, and in turn our clients.

What is the business most proud of?

We are most proud of where we have come from. From a small, owner operated entity to a recognised water infrastructure authority.

Community or other causes close to its heart and values?

PPS believes in locals supporting locals. Over the past 13 years, PPS have sponsored several local sporting teams and charity events, including the Westpac Charity Golf Day, Where There’s a Will, Kootingal Football Club and The Great Nundle Dog Race.
