With a combined twenty years of industry experience, we launched Growth Rec two years ago. After listening to our clients, we recognised that traditional recruitment methods were falling short. This led us to take a step back, rethink the fundamentals, and develop a more holistic, brand-driven approach to attracting and retaining top talent.
