ProMine Contracting has been a part of our industry in Singleton since opening in September 2009 and are still thriving 10 years on.
ProMine has been a local specialist Mining Automotive Service Provider for the past decade employing local people and supporting the local community. Thoroughly experienced General Manager Brad Mordue has driven change and growth, leading with thorough knowledge of the industry.
Starting up with just 6 employees, ProMine has now grown to a massive 36 employees and counting. Growing steadily since day one, the company has been there through industry change, new technology and new trends and comes out the other side bigger and better to always provide the best possible service.
“I have always had a clear and concise vision into the company’s future and where I see the path for the business to go,” said Brad. Together with his dedicated team they are building the business on a day to day basis, forging ahead to keep up with the ever-evolving industry.
With a majority or the company’s suppliers sourced locally and proactive support to many local charities and events, the company really captures what it means to be a local business in a community like our beloved Singo and Hunter Valley.
It’s clear the dedication and knowledge of the ProMine team has truly been a driver in the company’s success, with tradesman from a number of backgrounds.
These team members specialize in auto mechanical, automotive air conditioning, auto electrical, light to medium truck repairs, VLC inspections, specialised vehicle diagnostics and parts procurements.
So, what’s Brad advice for business success? “Over the last 10 years long time, strong business relationships have been formed between ProMine, our suppliers and with all customers,” said Brad.
“Good working relationships are the key to a successful business foundation, and one cannot work without the other,” he added.
“The long-term plan for ProMine is to carry on with the growth off the business, focusing at all times on the customers and their needs as well as the much-valued team that make up the company,” Brad finished proudly.
