Federal Resources Minister Madeleine King will headline an impressive speakers’ line up at the Hunter Coal Festival’s Mining Leaders Lunch on Friday, October 28, at the Singleton Civic Centre.
In what is set to be one of the most important Upper Hunter mining events of the year, Minister King will be joined by speakers NSW Minerals Council CEO Stephen Galilee and Blackrock Industries founder Steve Fordham.
Mr Galilee will provide an update on the outlook for coal and Mr Fordham will expand on his recent powerful address to the national Jobs Summit calling for more employment strategies for the Upper Hunter.
The event will be fully catered with a 2-course meal and wine from Peter Drayton Wines. The lunch will run from noon to 3pm.
