Applications are now open for Glencore Coal’s 2025 Graduate Program and emerging professionals are invited to apply.

Starting in February 2025, this two-year program provides aspiring professionals with a chance to kickstart their careers within one of Australia’s leading mining companies.

Graduate opportunities are available across a range of disciplines including engineering, environmental science, surveying, geology, health and safety, accounting, human resources, and IT.

The Program offers a competitive six-figure remuneration package and an opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in hands-on experiences.

Michelle Montgomery, Human Resources Manager for Glencore Coal, said the program is more than just a career opportunity; graduates develop a wide range of new skills while experiencing regional Australia and exploring new communities.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to explore both Queensland and New South Wales with rotated placements across Glencore Coal operations in the Bowen Basin, Hunter Valley, and Mid-Western Region.
