Any funny or heartwarming stories to share?
We have so many heartwarming stories at Werner Engineering that reflect the strong bonds and sense of family within our team. One of the most special aspects of our workplace is how former employees often return to visit as they still feel connected to the team and to Darryl, our director.
For example, Geoffrey and Neil, two of our past employees, frequently drop by to catch up with their old teammates and Darryl. They’ve built such strong relationships here that they still call each other on birthdays and for yearly celebrations. These moments are a true testament to the close-knit culture we foster, where everyone feels at home, safe and welcome both during and beyond their time with us.
