“Our apprenticeship program has been incredibly successful over the past 20 years with high completion rates and strong retention. For instance, most of our apprentices’ transition into permanent trade roles on site.
“We’re proud to see our apprentices grow into confident, capable professionals who make a meaningful contribution to our mine sites across Queensland and NSW.
“I would encourage anyone considering an apprenticeship to apply, whether you’re just stating your career or looking to reskill, because it’s a proven pathway to secure, skilled employment with opportunities to grow,” said Stella.
Candidates must have completed Year 10 prior to commencing the apprenticeship program and mature age students are also encouraged to apply.
