Camel Farm Tours
Located on a hillside property in Denman, Camel Milk New South Wales offers tours and rides with their gorgeous, rescued camels. You’ll be able to get up close and personal with these lovely creatures, learn about the history of the century’s old property and homestead, and even sample camel milk. This unique experience runs for around 60 minutes and it’s something both kids and adults are sure to enjoy. Tours run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 11am so be sure to book your spot with these cool camels before the school holidays are over.
Golf to the Max
Touch up your golf skills with AAA rated Australian PGA member and owner of Golf to the Max, Kieran McMahon. You can book your very own face to face lesson with Kieran himself who is sure to help you improve your game or take advantage of the different group packages available for a fun day out. Golf to the Max can also coordinate a golf event to suit social groups, business events, fundraising initiatives or charity. Get in and discover your hidden golfing talent (or lack thereof). Kieran will have you swinging a hole in one in no time.
Hunter Valley Helicopters
See the Hunter Valley from the sky with Hunter Valley Helicopters, a locally owned and operated company based at Cessnock Aerodrome in the heart of the wine region. With scenic flights, picnics, breakfast and lunch tours there really is something for everyone. Kids are welcome, with a range of aircraft to suit different size groups. Soar over the Hunters rolling hills, vineyards, farmland and stunning landscape and see the region like you’ve never seen it before.
Maitland Gaol Get Out Escape Rooms
Take part in a thrilling and realistic live game experience with Get Out Escape Rooms Jail Breakout at Maitland Gaol. Situated in the notorious 5 Wing Cell Block, you’re handcuffed and shackled together with up to 2 other inmates, placed in a cell and the door is padlocked from the outside. To escape, you’ll have 45 minutes to discover clues and solve puzzles before the warden returns. With former inmates including Australia’s most dangerous criminals Ivan Milat, Arthur ‘Neddy’ Smith and the Murphy Brothers, it doesn’t get more real than this.
Game On Muswellbrook
This is a venue where the fun doesn’t stop with tenpin bowling, laser tag and a kids arcade all under the one roof. Bowl a strike at the 8 lane ten pin bowling alley before heading for a fast action game of laser tag in the low light arena with special lighting effects, interactive intelligent devices, swirling fog and a banging soundtrack. The kids will go crazy for the arcade with fun rides and play equipment to keep them entertained for hours.
