‘It’s suspicious’: Patients relocated from PA Hospital’s COVID-19 ward – Brisbane Times
Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young says the hospital will not be receiving any more COVID-19 patients, while Queensland records three new cases overnight.
Patients will no longer be placed in Princess Alexandra Hospitals COVID-19 ward while Queensland Health investigates how two patients of a nurse at the hospital were infected in the same room.
On Saturday morning, Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young also announced Queensland had recorded three new cases overnight one that was acquired locally but was a close contact of the northside cluster, and two historical cases acquired overseas.
