‘Could be a terrible idea’: NSW top cop floats sexual consent app – Sydney Morning Herald
Mick Fuller has proposed a mobile phone app to record consent between two people as one way to reduce sexual violence.
Mr Fuller said community expectations have changed and domestic and family violence was not a private matter anymore.
Even if the app doesnt go forward from this day, we need to start the conversation around consent and get a better understanding for the next generation of people who are dating, he said.
