A COVID-19 catastrophe unfolding in a neighbouring nation has prompted Scott Morrison to take drastic and immediate action to protect Australians.



Four Queenslanders – all with a history of allergies – have suffered allergic reactions after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine in the last 48 hours.
One of the cases was in Bundaberg, two in Ipswich, and the other in Toowoomba.
“We expect with a vaccination program to see allergic reactions,” director-general of Queensland Health, Dr John Wakefield, told reporters, adding that anaphylaxis is the kind of reaction that requires an EpiPen.
