Hundreds of fighting cockerels, roosters and chickens have been seized after a raid on a property in Sydney’s south-west, as part of an ongoing investigation into an illegal cockfighting syndicate.

  • It’s the second raid on an alleged illegal cockfighting premises since December
  • The animals are being safely removed from the Horsley Park property today by RSPCA NSW
  • Thirty-four men are due to appear in court over the Catherine Field raid on April 1
