Opponents of a controversial planned mine expansion in Queenslands south west have voiced their outrage at a mining giants new application before the Land Court.The Oakey Coal Action Alliance (OCAA) has been locked in a legal battle for years over the planned expansion of the New Acland coal mine, more than 180km west of Brisbane, but the stoush is back to square one.
