Woman charged after baby thrown from car in Botany crash – Sydney Morning Herald

The woman was allegedly driving with a suspended licence and an unrestrained baby in the back seat, who was miraculously unharmed.



The child was taken to Sydney Childrens Hospital Randwick for observation. Three other passengers, including a 19-year-old woman, were also uninjured.

In a statement, NSW Police said officers made inquiries and found the vehicle was unregistered, and that the driver, a 48-year-old woman, had a suspended licence.
The woman was arrested and taken to Prince of Wales Hospital under police guard for treatment of a minor wrist injury. She also underwent mandatory…
