A car has caused chaos while racing along Melbournes Bourke Street, causing pedestrians to jump out of the way, according to witnesses.
A witness told The Age said he had seen a dark coloured car driving at speed along Bourke Street just before 5pm, as well as along Swanston streets and St Kilda Road, with police following.
