A man has faced court in northern NSW accused of threatening to kill Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews in a series of emails.
Marco Faccio, 53, was arrested in early December after an investigation by NSW Police’s Fixated Persons Investigation Unit led officers to raid a home in Nimbin, near Byron Bay.
It followed reports received by NSW Police late last year that a Victorian MP had received threatening emails, believed to have been sent from NSW.
