It sounds like pregnant (and breastfeeding) women will not be recommended in the early phases of the rollout due to a lack of vaccine data about whether the vaccine has any effect on the pregnancy or not. I know that over in the UK, authorities inititally banned pregnant women from getting the vaccine but now the advice has changed so that pregnant women will be allowed the vaccine after discussing the risks and benefits with their doctor.
