Former WA Rebels gang president Nick Martin has been killed in an overnight shooting south of Perth. WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson confirmed the 51-year-old bikie boss – who was facing criminal charges for “financial matters” was gunned down at Kwinana Motorplex about 8.40pm.
Gang Crime Squad officers are investigating the shooting.
Paramedics also treated a 31-year-old at the scene. The man – believed to also be a Rebels member – was taken to hospital.
