Victorians offered $200 vouchers to holiday at home over summer – The Age

Victorians can apply for $200 vouchers to holiday at home this summer on a first-come, first-served basis from Friday.



Tourism Minister Martin Pakula said that by having tourists pay for the travel up front, support would go “directly to tourism businesses to increase their cash flow”.
“If theyve already booked travel, they can apply for a voucher, provided the travel is in that time. But were not handing out $200 up front, there needs to be some appropriate rigour in this, he said.
