Victoria has had its first death in a month as the state recorded a 31st consecutive day of no new coronavirus cases.The Department of Health and Human Services on Monday morning reported the latest fatality was a “previously cleared COVID-19 case” and died from complications “relating to their original diagnosis”.
“The case was a woman in her 70s who was part of a small group of cases diagnosed in late July,” the DHHS said.
