Dozens of farmers have been killed including30 men who were reportedly beheaded in an attack by suspected Islamist militants in north-east Nigeria.

“At least 110 civilians were ruthlessly killed and many others were wounded in this attack,” UN humanitarian coordinator in Nigeria Edward Kallon said in a statement.
