A Melbourne businesswoman is among five people accused of being part of a group that allegedly defrauded millions of dollars in child care subsidies and COVID-19 stimulus package payments.The quintet were charged after more than 120 Australian Federal Police (AFP) members and 110 officials raided 10 properties across eight suburbs in Victoria and New South Wales on Wednesday.
