Coronavirus Victoria: No new cases, no deaths, 14-day average steady

Victoria has recorded its fourth straight day of no new coronavirus cases as the state enjoys its first public holiday since reopening. The 14-day rolling average for metropolitan Melbourne is still well below the safe threshold of five, remaining steady at 1.9 overnight.
The number of cases from an unknown source increased by one to two.
“The price of a COVID-safe summer is eternal vigilance,” Health Minister Martin Foley told reporters on Tuesday.
