Garry Lyon says Collingwoods upset one-point victory in Saturday nights elimination final against West Coast was a win for the ages considering what they had to face in the build up to the clash.
The Pies were forced into seven days of quarantine in a Perth resort, where they were only allowed to leave to train and play the game.
Despite the unusual circumstances, Collingwood was able to defeat West Coast at Optus Stadium, the first time they had lost at the venue this season.
