Claremont killer Bradley Edwards looking to lodge appeal against convictions – WAtoday

Within hours of Claremont killer Bradley Robert Edwards being found guilty of murdering Ciara Glennon and Jane Rimmer, his family members were looking to launch an appeal against the convictions.



Its always possible to appeal, but there has to really be an error in the way that the judge has directed himself as to what the legal test is to get to the result he has, former Law Society president Greg McIntyre said.
Justice Halls judgment was 619 pages and explains in great detail why he was convinced Edwards, 51, murdered both Ms Rimmer and Ms Glennon in 1996 and 1997.
