Tasmania stranding: Rescue to save 25 whales after mass deaths

Rescuers have saved 20 more whales after the nations worst mass stranding on Tasmanias west coast.It takes the total number of pilot whales freed so far to 70, but sadly, authorities confirmed that hundreds of whales had already perished by late on Wednesday.
Authorities are battling a race against time to save the remaining mammals, with four of the whales still alive suffering so much that they’ve been identified as requiring euthanasia.
