‘Gangster attitude has to stop’, police warn as two charged with murder in Surfers Paradise – Brisbane Times

A 27-year-old man was stabbed in the torso with a knife and died in Gold Coast University Hospital soon after.



A 21-year-old man from Tinana on the Fraser Coast and an 18-year-old man from Pimpama on the Gold Coast, have both been charged with one count of murder and three counts of assault.
They are both due to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday morning.
Detective Superintendent Brendan Smith said investigators were appealing for any witnesses who filmed the incident on their phone to come forward.
