QUEENSLAND has recorded four new cases of coronavirus as a early childhood centre has been forced to close.

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has confirmed four new cases of COVID-19 today, bringing the total number of active cases in the state to 28.
Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young said three of the new cases are ‘close contacts’ of a known case.
Three of the cases are from one household in Forest Lake, and live with two people who have been confirmed to have COVID-19.
