Shoppers at a number of major retail stores in south-east Queensland have been urged to be alert for COVID-19 symptoms after the locations were visited by patients.
Queensland Health on Thursday added new locations to its public alert related to the Brisbane Youth Detention Centre cluster.
The cluster now stands at 11 confirmed cases and one suspected, which was announced on Thursday.
