Match Review Officer Michael Christian sent the key forward to the Tribunal after a strike on Bomber Michael Hurley on Saturday night.
With it being Lynchs third strike of the season, Christian had the opportunity to take the incident higher, with the Tribunal able to determine the sanction for the latest incident.
