QLD records just two new COVID cases

A child is one of two new coronavirus cases in Queensland just one day after the premier announced tough restrictions to stem an outbreak linked to a youth detention centre. The young boy and another adult are the latest coronavirus cases, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced on Sunday morning.
“This is a good result but, of course, we’re not out of the woods yet,”she said.
Up to 6675 people had been tested for the potentially deadly virus in the past 24 hours.
