Daniel Andrews says Victoria may never eliminate COVID-19

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has conceded the state may never completely eliminate COVID-19 cases.The state recorded 279 new COVID-19 cases and 16 deaths on Sunday. It is a drop from the 310 new cases announced on Saturday and lower than the record daily rise of 725 from last week.
