Two people have died in the past two days at Geelong’s major outbreaks – a chicken abattoir and nursing home.
Two people have died in as many days from coronavirus in Geelong as authorities work to contain outbreaks at a nursing home and chicken abattoir.
The deaths include 51-year-old man Kelvin Nguyen, who worked at the Golden Farms chicken processing plant in Breakwater, where the number of cases linked to the outbreak has exceeded 50. He died at the weekend.
