A University of Melbourne lecturer detained in Iran has been transferred to one of the worst female prisons in the world.Human rights activist Kylie Moore-Gilbert was arrested in Iran in 2018 and sentenced to 10 years in jail accused of spying after attending a conference in Tehran and was being held in the notorious Evin prison near the Alborz mountains.
